You won’t just plan campaigns—you’ll see them come to life across our outlets, drive real customer engagement, and directly influence sales performance.
- Lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, from seasonal promos to new product launches
- Turn ideas into reality at outlet level—working closely with Operations to ensure campaigns are practical, smooth, and effective
- Drive in-store experience through compelling POSM, menu visuals, and promotional displays
- Manage partnerships with delivery platforms like GrabFood and Foodpanda to boost visibility and sales
- Collaborate with brands, malls, and partners on joint campaigns, roadshows, and activations
- Track what matters—campaign performance, sales uplift, and customer response—and continuously optimise
- Gather real outlet insights and translate them into smarter, better campaigns
- Ensure a consistent and strong brand presence across in-store, digital, and delivery channels
- Support content direction for social media in line with promotions and brand voice
- Mentor junior team members while strengthening overall marketing execution
