Job Description

1. Prepare & serve beverages in accordance with Luckin Coffee's recipes, standards and presentation guidelines.
2. Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the store, ensuring all areas, tools, and equipment are sanitised and well-maintained at all times.
3. Provide friendly and professional customer assistance, addressing any issues calmly and courteously.
4. Support overall store operations, including restocking, inventor checks, and assisting team members when needed.
5. Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and health and safety regulations consistently.
6. Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and strong attention to detail in all tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
3. Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and discipline
6. Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently
7. Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
8. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
9. Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage
