Job Description

1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for store expansion and partnerships
2. Conduct market research, site analysis, and feasibility studies for new locations
3. Source and negotiate with landlords, developers, and property agents
4. Manage end-to-end site acquisition process (proposal, negotiation, LOI, tenancy agreement)
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
6. Collaborate with internal teams (Projects, Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth store opening
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks
8. Prepare business cases, presentations, and expansion reports for management
9. Track pipeline progress and ensure timely execution of expansion plans
10. Support strategic initiatives such as partnerships, joint ventures, or new market entry

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
2. 2–5 years in business development, leasing, or expansion
3. Experience in retail / F&B / property / mall leasing is highly preferred
4. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
5. Good understanding of commercial terms (rental, tenancy agreements, ROI)
6. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines
7. Willing to travel for site visits
