Job Description

  1. Develop and execute the company's store expansion strategy to achieve business growth targets.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential locations for new store openings.
  3. Conduct market research, demographic analysis, competitor benchmarking, and site feasibility studies.
  4. Prepare financial feasibility reports and business proposals for management approval.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, shopping malls, and property agents.
  6. Lead lease negotiations and tenancy agreements to secure commercially favourable terms.
  7. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Design, Legal, and Project teams throughout the store opening process.
  8. Manage the expansion pipeline and ensure new stores are delivered according to schedule.
  9. Monitor market trends and recommend strategic expansion opportunities across Malaysia.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or F&B expansion, business development, leasing, or property management.
  3. Proven experience in site acquisition, lease negotiation, and store expansion.
  4. Strong knowledge of retail location analysis and market feasibility studies.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Able to travel extensively across Malaysia.
  7. Experience working with shopping malls, commercial developers, and property consultants is an advantage.
