Job Description
- Identify and analyze industry and consumer trends to anticipate market opportunities and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Oversee the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention, ensuring effective strategies to attract new users, retain existing ones, and encourage repeat purchases.
- Manage and optimize all growth channels, ensuring efficient resource allocation and improved performance across Grab, online, and takeaway platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to strengthen brand loyalty, enhance user experience, and support campaign execution.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and voucher programs to attract different customer segments and drive conversions.
- Lead the BI and analytics functions, ensuring robust use of tools, dashboards, and data visualization to guide strategic planning and channel performance tracking.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Growth and Analytics teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and high performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with key departments to integrate business intelligence insights into overall growth strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Proven expertise in customer acquisition, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with multi-channel platforms such as Grab, e-commerce, and takeaway ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into practical strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing technology and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, CRM or CDP systems).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to collaborate effectively with regional teams.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Due to Malaysia’s employment regulations, this position is open only to Malaysian citizens.
