Job Description
- Identify and analyze industry and consumer trends to anticipate market opportunities.
- Translate raw data into actionable strategies that drive demand and business growth.
- Develop and refine customer acquisition and retention initiatives, including vouchers, membership, and loyalty programs.
- ersee the customer journey to ensure impactful and memorable brand experiences.
- Implement and manage BI tools, dashboards, and marketing technology platforms for data visualization and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Regional counterparts, to align business intelligence with organizational objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the BI and analytics team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Proven expertise in customer acquisition strategies and marketing technology stacks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate effectively with regional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
