Job Description

1. Assist in maintaining and updating halal documentation and records
2. Support preparation for halal audits and inspections (JAKIM / internal audits)
3. Work closely with Operations, QA, and Supply Chain teams on halal compliance matters
4. Help monitor supplier halal certificates and documentation validity
5. Support store visits to ensure halal practices are followed (handling, storage, cleanliness)
6. Assist in preparing reports, checklists, and SOP documentation
7. Provide general administrative support for halal-related activities

Job Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Halal Management, Food Science, Islamic Studies, or related field
2. Strong interest in halal compliance and F&B industry
3. Detail-oriented and able to handle documentation
4. Good communication and teamwork skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Able to travel for store visits (if required)
