Job Description
- Support HRBP team in daily HR operations and people initiatives
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Support manpower planning and coordination for retail and HQ teams
- Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Prepare HR trackers, reports, and basic presentations
- Support employee engagement activities and HR projects
- Maintain accurate HR records and filing
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Available for a minimum of 6 months
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail / F&B environment
- Willing to learn and take on hands-on HR responsibilities
