Job Description
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s digital systems, provide training and guidance to colleagues, and support daily operations across departments.
- Assist business units with data collection, reporting, and analysis; gather feedback and communicate with digital system providers through structured project management to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Work closely with the technical team to support data system operations and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with local third-party technology providers in Malaysia to ensure effective collaboration and stable system performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT system support, digital platforms, or project coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data and generate insights.
- Good understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate effectively with regional teams.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or similar digital systems.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Due to Malaysia’s employment regulations, this position is open only to Malaysian citizens.
