Role Summary

Marketing Ops Executive responsible for on-ground execution of marketing operations, with primary focus on event execution and food truck deployment. Supports the full Marketing Ops function alongside the existing Ops Executive, ensuring campaigns, launches, and brand activations run smoothly at the execution level.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute events — vendor sourcing, venue booking, on-ground setup and teardown
• Coordinate cross-department logistics for campaign-triggered events (market entry activations, product/collab launches)
• Manage event-day operations: timeline adherence, vendor accountability, issue resolution in real time
• Support PR-led events on a case-by-case basis.
• Track and report event costs against budget
• Plan and execute food truck deployment schedule — locations, routing, permits
• Coordinate stock, staffing, and equipment for each deployment
• Ensure compliance with local council/permit requirements for mobile F&B operations
• Evaluate deployment locations for footfall/brand-awareness value (transient-visitor sites, not fixed residential/campus)
• Handle customer service inquiries across platforms
• Escalate sentiment-risk or complaint patterns 
• Record and track marketing ops expenses
• Follow up on outstanding invoices with vendors/agencies
• Create and verify store locations on Google
• Maintain accuracy across the outlet fleet
• Coordinate POSM (point-of-sale materials) deployment
• Configure in-store TV/display systems
• App configuration for new product launches
• POSM rollout, merch sourcing
• Prepare launch memos and ensure compliance requirements are met (e.g. labeling, food safety naming conventions)

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years' experience in marketing operations, event execution, or on-ground brand activation — F&B, retail, or FMCG background preferred
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and on-ground problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with logistics, permits/compliance, and budget/invoice tracking
• Working familiarity with social platforms (Meta, Google) and willingness to learn Google Business Profile setup
• Able to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams and work flexible hours around events/deployment schedules
