Job Description

  1. Support new store openings by preparing and managing POSM materials (including Google Locations listing).
  2. Ensure accurate production, delivery, and placement of marketing materials.
  3. Manage relationships with merchandise vendors, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control.
  4. Handle campaign vendor quotations, approvals, and payment processes.
  5. Manage the creation of campaigns, promotions, and internal memos.
  6. Support ad hoc offline events and marketing activations as needed.
  7. Manage mall advertising spaces and coordinate campaign execution.
  8. Support communication across departments (Operations, Marketing, BD, QA, Projects) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  9. Manage product description updates with QA team to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  10. Manage payment approvals, vendor invoices, and campaign-related budgets.
  11. Ensure cost efficiency and compliance with internal financial processes.
  12. Oversee social media and Google customer service
  13. Manage competitor activities across own channels, social media and e commerce marketplaces (not limited to these channels)
  14. Undertake any additional or ad hoc duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time, including tasks necessary to support business operations, provided such duties are reasonably aligned with the nature and scope of the position.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  2. 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or similar role (F&B/retail is a plus)
  3. Experience in handling vendor coordination, and campaign execution
  4. Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple departments 
  5. Good understanding of offline marketing, mall advertising, and promotional campaigns
  6. Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
  7. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
