<li>Verify store compliance with approved SOPs and Work Instructions, food safety and hygiene standards, Halal handling and segregation procedures, as well as MOH (KKM) and local council requirements.</li>
<li>Observe and assess store practices, including food handling and preparation, storage and temperature control, cleanliness, personal hygiene and uniform standards, and opening, closing, and daily operational SOPs.</li>
<li>Document audit findings and issue Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) where applicable.</li>
<li>Track corrective actions and follow up with store management to ensure timely resolution.</li>
<li>Monitor recurring non-compliance issues and escalate persistent findings as required.</li>
