Job Description

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities offline (in-store, print, activations).
2. Organize and manage events, roadshows, and brand activations end-to-end.
3. Develop marketing materials, presentations, and campaign collateral.
4. Work with internal teams (Operations, HR) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
5. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners for marketing projects and events.
6. Monitor campaign effectiveness, gather insights, and prepare performance reports.
7. Ensure all marketing and event activities adhere to brand guidelines and SOPs.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in marketing and event management, preferably in F&B, retail, or consumer brands.
3. Strong project and event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
5. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
6. Familiarity with print, in-store, POS, and experiential marketing is a plus.
