Job Description

1. Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps.
2. Create, design, and develop effective training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
3. Facilitate in-person collective classes, on-the-job training.
4. Manage training records, and the Learning Management System.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and monthly training reports.
6. Ensure training programs meet company, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or with 3–5 years of practical F&B service experience and at least 2 years in a training or mentorship role.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in training or L&D roles.
3. Train The Trainer (TTT) certification.
4. Strong communication, presentation, instructional design, and proficiency in MS Office/LMS.
