Job Description

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs in line with business and operational needs.
2. Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and coaching activities for employees.
3. Develop, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and learning resources.
4. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate training records, reports, and employee learning progress.
6. Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify development needs and support workforce capability building.
7. Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth program delivery.
8. Support talent development initiatives and employee growth programs.
9. Ensure training activities comply with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulations.
10. Administer and maintain learning platforms and training databases.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related function.
3. Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or service industries will be an added advantage.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Good organizational and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
7. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Willing to travel when required.
