• Plan, execute, and support physical events 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth event arrangements 
• Communicate and liaise with external parties including KOLs, suppliers, and clients to fulfill event requirements 
• Assist in logistics preparation and event setup 
• Attend events and support on-site operations 
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Media Studies, Project Management, or related field 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
