We are currently looking for September / October 2026 Intake interns.

• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months (longer internship periods are encouraged)
• Preferred commencement: September or October 2026

🎯 Job Description:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing physical events and corporate activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure all event preparations are completed on time and run smoothly.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, and KOLs, to coordinate event requirements.
• Support event logistics, including venue preparation, equipment setup, and material coordination.
• Provide on-site event support to ensure successful event execution and promptly resolve operational issues.
• Prepare event-related documentation, reports, and administrative tasks as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
• Well-organized with good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willing to support events during evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required (replacement leave will be provided in accordance with company policy).
