Job Description

1. Lead the planning, management, and execution of high-profile events, including conferences, product launches, dinner, immersive projects and other special events.
2. Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to ensure optimal project delivery.
3. Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule.
4. Manage and guide internal teams and external vendors to coordinate event logistics.
5. Identify and mitigate risks during project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
6. Provide leadership in managing on-site event execution and troubleshooting.
7. Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, pitching ideas, and creating reports for senior management.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in event/project management, with a portfolio of successful projects preferrable.
3. Excellent written and spoken English is a must for professional client communication, reporting, and presentations. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
