Role Overview

We are seeking a trend-savvy, high-energy BD Specialist to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts in Southeast Asia. You will be the bridge between our brand and the creator community, identifying the right "faces" for our products and building long-term partnerships that drive both brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities | 岗位职责

Influencer Sourcing & Outreach | 达人开发与建联 

Identify and recruit high-potential KOLs/KOCs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who align with our brand aesthetics (Cosmetics/Fashion).

在TikTok、Instagram及YouTube等平台筛选并开发符合品牌（美妆/时尚）调性的达人及KOC。

Relationship Management | 达人关系维护 

Negotiate collaboration terms (samples, commissions, or flat fees) and maintain a high-quality database of active partners.

负责商务谈判，跟进样品寄送、佣金结算及长期合作关系维护。

Content Coordination | 内容把控 

Brief influencers on campaign goals and ensure their content aligns with brand guidelines and local cultural nuances.

为达人提供创作Brief，确保视频/图片内容符合品牌视觉要求及当地文化习惯。

Data Tracking & Optimization | 数据追踪与优化 

Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns (ROI, engagement, GMV) and adjust strategies accordingly.

追踪合作数据（转化率、互动率、GMV），并根据结果优化后续建联策略。

Market Research | 竞品调研 

Stay updated on the latest makeup/fashion trends and competitor influencer strategies in the MY/SEA market.

关注东南亚美妆/时尚流行趋势，调研竞品达人投放策略。

Job Requirements

Qualifications | 任职要求

Language Skills语言要求: 

Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with headquarters). Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is a strong plus.

中英文流利（需与总部对接）；精通马来语者优先。

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or BD. Fresh graduates with a passion for beauty are welcome!

1-2年达人营销、社交媒体或BD相关经验。欢迎热爱美妆时尚的优秀应届生。

Social Media Native: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and creator culture.

社交媒体重度用户，熟悉TikTok/IG算法及达人生态。

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, highly organized, and "thick-skinned" (resilient in the face of rejection).

具备优秀的谈判能力、极强的执行力以及良好的抗压能力。

Industry Passion: A genuine interest in the cosmetics and fashion industry.

对美妆、穿搭、时尚类目有极高的敏锐度和热爱。

Skills
