I. Positioning

The core "content creation position" of the brand, responsible for transforming operational strategies and product selling points into high-quality video content for account operation, influencer collaboration models, and advertising placements. Collaborate with BD Manager to provide standard materials for influencer collaboration and advertising placements.

II. Core Responsibilities

1.Video Content Production (Core)

Complete daily shooting and editing tasks according to the "Weekly Content Production Plan"

2.Content Quality Control

Ensure that the quality, composition, lighting, sound, and rhythm meet the brand's tone

3.Material and Equipment Management

Standardize material naming, classification, and storage to ensure traceability and reusability

Job Requirements

 Professional Skills Requirements:

* Proficient in at least one mainstream video editing software (such as: Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / JianYin Professional Edition)

* Basic photography skills, with a grasp of composition, lighting, camera movement, and sound recording

* Familiar with the content logic of short video platforms (TikTok) and the rhythm of vertical screen videos

* Able to independently complete the entire process from filming to final production

Experience Requirements:

* Prior experience in short video filming or content creation is preferred

* Prior experience in e-commerce or product promotion video production is preferred

* Experience in A/B test material production is even better

Execution Skills Requirements:

* Good time management skills, able to maintain stable output under high-intensity pace

* Sensitive to details, able to make quick modifications based on feedback

* Able to understand operational strategies and convert them into visual content

Overall Qualities:

* Aesthetically pleasing, with a certain sense of "Internet" and content judgment

* Strong learning ability, continuously following platform trends

* Positive work attitude, smooth communication
