Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts and assist with year-end closing
- Monitor and follow up on collections and outstanding payments
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant external parties
- Assist in SST submissions (especially Sales Tax for Central Kitchen) and other statutory compliance
- Prepare payment vouchers and ensure proper documentation and filing
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
- Provide guidance and support to Customer Service and Sales teams on data entry and e-invoice entry to ensure accuracy and compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the manufacturing and e-commerce sectors
- Proficient in accounting software such as SQL & AutoCount
- Good knowledge of SST and Malaysian financial reporting standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
