ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for competitive and resilient Business Development Executives to assist in reaching out to corporate entities as well as learning institutions to offer talent-tech solutions and services that meet client needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continously grow and maintain a database of contactable clients over time
- Represent the company in meetings and discussion throughout the sales process
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports using sales and financial data
- Handle clients’ complaints and objections, negotiate win-win proposals and close deals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from clients to share with internal teams for continuous improvement
