Job Description
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for competitive and resilient Business Development Executives to help us reach out to clients with our products and services. Your main responsibility will be to connect to clients in the education and corporate sectors and offer talent-tech solutions and services that meet client needs. If you have excellent communication skills and are comfortable conversing with layman as well as professionals, we would love to meet you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct leads research to build a comprehensive list of potential clients
- Constantly grow and maintain a database of contactable clients over time
- Represent the company in meetings and discussion throughout the sales process
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports using sales and financial data
- Handle clients’ complaints and objections, negotiate win-win proposals and close deals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from clients to share with internal teams for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
- Socially adept with strong communication skills
- Good in time management and meeting deadlines
- Not averse to doing research and problem solving.
