Job Description
- Represent the company in campaigns, exhibitions, conferences and other dedicated events
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through one-on-one networking
- Assist in handling clients’ complaints and objections, negotiate win-win proposals and close deals
- Manage appointments and rapport with potential parents / clients
- Follow up with clients on event dates / proposals / quotations, etc
- Build strong and effective client management relationship with all customers
- Cross check bookings and arrangements with the appointment, product and consultation teams
- Support sales team’s strategies to ensure that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers to share with internal teams for continuous improvements
Job Requirements
- English and Mandarin languages required
- Strong communication skills
- Good in time management and meeting deadlines
- Able to handle stress and working under pressure
- Experience in / understanding of B2C sales model
- Own transport
