ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Education Specialists to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our educational products and solutions. Our specialists are responsible for identifying and engaging with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions in Malaysia, and will play a key role in building relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their institutional environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and decision-makers
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Gather feedback from clients to inform product development

Job Requirements
