Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Build modern, responsive web applications using Next.js, creating intuitive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS and engaging animations with Lottie.
KEY RESPONSIBIILITIES
- Develop and maintain Next.js applications with server-side rendering and static site generation
- Create responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS
- Integrate Lottie animations for enhanced user experience
- Consume and integrate RESTful APIs from Django backend
- Implement client-side authentication flows and token management
- Build reusable React components and custom hooks
- Optimize application performance and loading times
- Implement responsive design across all device sizes
- Handle client-side routing and navigation using Next.js App Router or Pages Router
- Manage application state effectively
- Implement form validation and error handling
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with backend developers on API integration
Job Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Experience with Next.js (13+ preferred with App Router)
- Experience with Tailwind CSS framework
- Experience integrating Lottie animations
- Understanding of RESTful API consumption and async/await patterns
- Knowledge of modern authentication patterns (JWT tokens, session management)
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Understanding of web performance optimization
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript
- State management libraries (Zustand, Redux)
- Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Next.js API routes
- SEO optimization techniques
- Knowledge of CSS animations beyond Lottie
