Job Description

We are looking for a caring and energetic teacher to lead our Play Group class for children aged 1 to 3 years old. You will create a safe, fun, and loving environment where our youngest learners can explore, play, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom & Daily Care:

• Plan and lead simple, play-based activities that help children learn through fun (songs, stories, sensory play, arts, etc.).
• Take care of children's daily needs, including feeding, diaper changing, toileting, and rest times.
• Keep the classroom clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.

Child Development & Observation:

• Observe each child's progress and development.
• Support children in reaching age-appropriate milestones (social, emotional, physical, and language skills).

Parent Communication:

• Build good relationships with parents.
• Share daily updates and progress with families in a simple and friendly way.

Teamwork:

• Work closely with assistant teachers and other staff.
• Join staff meetings, training, and school activities.

Job Requirements

Who We Are Looking For (Minimum Requirements):
Education (must have one of the following):
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Valid KAP Permata Certificate (Kursus Asuhan Permata)

Personal Qualities:
- Patient, loving, and responsible
- Enjoys working with toddlers (1-3 years old).
- Can communicate well with children, parents, and teammates.
- Willing to learn and grow.

Experience (added advantage, but not required):
- Experience in a nursery, play group, or childcare setting.
