Job Description
- Join internal discussions with sales & design team to understand event flow and theme
- Assist in preparing checklists, packing lists and loading schedules
- Load, unload and arrange event items in an orderly, safe manner
- Setup corporate, wedding or party decorations on-site (according to design brief)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space
- Inspect and record equipment condition after use
- Pack up and dismantle decorations and equipment after the event
- Support logistics, inventory tracking and general event preparation work
- Maintain cleanliness and stock order in warehouse/store
Job Requirements
- SPM qualification or above
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good communication skills in Malay, English and Mandarin
- Physically fit, energetic, and willing to work on your feet
- Willing to work weekends, holidays and long hours during event peak
- Outstanding organizational skills & attention to detail
- Responsible, reliable and able to follow instructions
- Able to multitask and perform under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Bonus if you have experience in event setups or decoration work
