You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and coordinating both corporate and private events — including weddings, product launches, company dinners, and more. This role requires someone who is confident in cold calling, offline meetings, building new connections and actively pursuing business opportunities.
 Responsibilities:

<li>Sales &amp; Business Development</li>

<li>Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to reach potential clients</li>
<li>Actively seek new business opportunities in both corporate and private event markets</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships</li>
<li>Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals</li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities </li>

<li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning and execution process</li>
<li>Provide professional and responsive service to ensure customer satisfaction </li>

<li>Event Planning &amp; Coordination</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution</li>
<li>Oversee event decoration process, including venue setup, catering, audio visual and other services</li>
<li>Ensure timely delivery of events within budget and align with client needs </li>
</ul>

<li>Administrative &amp; Reporting</li>
</ol>

<li>Maintain accurate sales records, client information and event details</li>
<li>Prepare quotation, sales invoices and reports for management</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures </li>
