Job Description
- Clarify tasks and evaluate their purpose as necessary.
- Improve time management skills and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong desire to learn.
- Demonstrate a high level of attentiveness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with production and site installation teams.
- Support tender and contract review and prepare necessary documents.
- Prepare and submit claims including progress claims and contract work valuation and have a good understanding of contractual claims.
- Assist in developing project plans and procurement strategies.
- Contribute to the overall operations of quantity surveying for assigned projects.
- Assist in planning organizing and managing projects.
Job Requirements
- Experience or new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in the building construction field and project management.
- Familiarity with quantity estimation.
- Ability to communicate in English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel abroad or away from the residence when necessary.
- Malaysian citizenship or relevant residency status is needed.
