Job Description
Lvin Creative Space Ventures is a marketing and brand communications agency focused on digital storytelling, strategic marketing and creative social media execution. We are seeking a Social Media & Content Creation Intern to manage clients' social media accounts and take ownership of design, copywriting and short-form video production (storyboarding, filming, editing). This is a hybrid internship based in Kuala Lumpur with a minimum duration of 3 months.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management & Design: Design visually appealing, on-brand graphics, promotional banners, carousels, and story assets for client social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, RedNote).
- Copywriting & Content Publishing: Write engaging, high-converting captions, relevant hashtags, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs); assist in maintaining monthly content editorial calendars.
- Video Storyboarding & Conceptualization: Brainstorm video ideas, research current viral audio and content trends, and prepare storyboards and shot lists for short-form video reels.
- Shooting & Video Editing: Participate in video shooting sessions (product shoots, on-location footage, interviews) and edit dynamic short-form videos with subtitles, transitions, and sound design using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
Requirements (Who You Are):
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or CapCut).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage) with a flair for creative storytelling.
- Active user of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and RedNote with a keen eye for visual aesthetic, emerging formats, pacing, and viral social trends.
- Proactive, reliable, organized, and capable of managing multiple client deliverables in a fast-paced agency setting.
