Job Description

Work closely with the marketing team and be responsible to deliver all events with good planning and coordination to meet events’ goals and expected results
. Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken
accordingly
. Manage customers and the public with tact, diplomacy and relationship building
. Manage event costs and source for appropriate venues to host the events
. Coordinate with external and internal providers in the delivery of their services
. Arrange and test all event logistics including audio visuals, décor and overall setup to ensure all are
in good working order

. Prepare after event reports
. Source and collaborate with external parties on coordinating and organizing casual leasing activities such as pop-ups, roadshows, fest, bazaars, etc.

. Plan, curate and champion commercial areas presentation and decoration solutions (festive, thematic, ad-hoc events decorations) in collaboration with external and internal partners.

Job Requirements

 -Possess previous experience in exhibition/events/promotion ground work as well as visual merchandising exposure ideally in a shopping mall / managed properties environment (5-7 years)
. Good people interaction skills
. Planning and organizing skills. Has an eye for details
. Networking and relationship building skills
. Critical thinking and analytical skills
.Self-motivated, excellent discipline, independent and willing to learn and time-management skills
.Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Must be committed and accountable
- Able and willing to work on Sat, Sun, Public Holiday during peak periods (replacement leave claimable), good time management and high quality of work
- Has mobility, preferably with a car and willing to travel when required
- English speaking is a must. Other languages is a bonus.
- Preference for those that has experience working within a shopping mall / managed properties management setting.
