As a Civil Project Engineer you will be the builder who turns design into constructible work, manage daily site activities and ensure sequence and quality. You will support the Project Manager, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and keep accurate records so projects finish to specification and on time.

Your Growth & Impact

• Develop practical site leadership by supervising daily activities and running regular inspections that raise workmanship standards and reduce rework.
• Master technical delivery through preparing and updating method statements, marking up AutoCAD drawings and producing clear as-built records that reflect on-site decisions.
• Improve programme control skills by monitoring progress, following up on material submissions and approvals, and using scheduling tools to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be supported on site to develop practical skills. 
• Prior internship or site exposure is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.

Hard Skills & Knowledge 

• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and method statements. 
• Competent in AutoCAD is required for drawing review and mark-ups. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools is an added advantage for tracking progress. 
• Strong record-keeping skills and basic competency in preparing site reports and technical documents.

Soft Skills & Qualities 

• Good communication and coordination skills to work with consultants, subcontractors and site personnel. 
• Practical problem-solving approach and the ability to make clear, timely decisions on site. 
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks and contribute constructively within a project team. 
• Willingness to work on construction sites and travel to project locations as required.
