Join M Craft Solution as an Accounts Executive!
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. You will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, supporting financial reporting, tax, payroll, and audit activities.
About the Role
- Base Salary: RM4,500 and above (Based on experience)
- Experience: At Least 5 Years
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:15pm
- Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave and Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
- Prepare accounting schedules, financial and management reports
- Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
- Handle tax submissions and related matters
- Process payroll and statutory contributions
- Assist with audit requirements and documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting records and filing
- Support improvements to accounting processes and other finance-related tasks
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience handling full set of accounts is an advantage
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian tax/statutory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll
- Strong attention to detail, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Independent, responsible, proactive and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
