One day off per week, working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat / 通过电话、邮件或聊天处理客户咨询
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally / 专业解决客户投诉与问题
  • Provide information about products and services / 提供产品与服务信息
  • Record and update customer interactions / 记录并更新客户互动信息


Job Requirements

  • Basic Malay, English, Mandarin / 基本国语,华语,英文
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills / 良好的沟通及人际交往能力
  • Patient and customer-oriented / 有耐心,注重客户体验
  • Basic computer skills / 基本电脑操作能力
  • Ability to work in a team / 能团队协作
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred / 有客户服务经验者优先
