Job Description

M Gadget Sdn Bhd is seeking a KOL & Affiliate Engagement Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and affiliate partners to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales growth. You will serve as a strategic bridge between M Gadget and our external influencer and affiliate network, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our business objectives and brand values.

Job Requirements

Proven experience of 1-3 years in KOL management, influencer relations, affiliate marketing or similar roles in marketing communications

In-depth knowledge of the influencer and affiliate marketing landscape, including emerging platforms and trends

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate mutually beneficial partnership

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for engaging diverse stakeholder

Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with performance tracking tools and analytics platforms

Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing and content creation

Experience with CRM systems and affiliate management platforms is preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmen

Strong organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detai

Creative thinking and strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage

A genuine passion for building relationships and driving brand growth through influencer and affiliate partnership
