The HR &amp; Finance Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the HR department in administrative and documentation matters. The role also provides secondary support to the Finance department, specifically in e-invoicing processes and the maintenance and safekeeping of contracts.

<li>Assist in day to day HR administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, ensuring proper documentation, filing and safe-keeping of HR documents in compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Prepare HR letters and documentation (e.g., offer letters, confirmation letters, employment verification letters) as required.</li>
<li>Maintain HRIS portal for leave and claim processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate training documentation, liaison with training providers and maintain training records.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and proper documentation for invoicing processes as well as assist in the submission of e-invoices in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments to obtain required supporting documents for invoicing.</li>
<li>Maintain systematic filing and safe-keeping of contracts and financial-related documents.</li>
</ul>
