Job Description

The HR & Finance Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the HR department in administrative and documentation matters. The role also provides secondary support to the Finance department, specifically in e-invoicing processes and the maintenance and safekeeping of contracts.

  • Assist in day to day HR administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring proper documentation, filing and safe-keeping of HR documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare HR letters and documentation (e.g., offer letters, confirmation letters, employment verification letters) as required.
  • Maintain HRIS portal for leave and claim processes.
  • Coordinate training documentation, liaison with training providers and maintain training records. 
  • Ensure accuracy and proper documentation for invoicing processes as well as assist in the submission of e-invoices in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments to obtain required supporting documents for invoicing.
  • Maintain systematic filing and safe-keeping of contracts and financial-related documents.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Should have some prior experience or exposure to latest updates related to e-invoicing.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong internship experience would be an added advantage.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  5. Good communication and coordination skills.
  6. Team player with a positive working attitude.
