• Perform diagnostics, trobleshooting and repair of iphone devices
• Replace and repair components such as screens, batteries, charging ports and cameras
• Test devices to ensure full functionality after repair
• Maintain proper handling of tools and equipment
• Keep accurate repair records and update the service system
