Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
- Handle bookkeeping, payments, invoices, and petty cash.
- Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow, and profit & loss.
- Ensure SST filing, LHDN tax submission, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
- Track receivables and follow up on late payments.
- Manage payroll data and liaise with HR or payroll vendors.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years experience in full set accounts (preferably in SME or agency setting).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and LHDN processes.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software SQL
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong English , Chinese
