📊 Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) 
• Perform quantity take-off from drawings and specifications 
• Handle tendering process, including sourcing and comparing quotations 
• Monitor project costs, variation orders (VO), and overall budget control 
• Assist in contract administration and documentation 
• Coordinate with project team, contractors, and suppliers 
• Attend site visits and meetings when required

Job Requirements

 🧩 Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field 
• 2–4 years of relevant QS / cost management experience 
• Experience in interior fit-out / renovation projects is an added advantage 
• Able to read and understand technical drawings 
• Familiar with costing, tendering, and contract processes 
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines 

👉 Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
