Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.).
  处理完整账务（应付账款、应收账款、总账、银行对账等）。
   
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  编制每月财务报表，包括损益表、资产负债表及现金流量表。
   
• Manage SST submissions, supplier payments, and intercompany transactions.
  管理销售与服务税申报、供应商付款及公司间交易。
   
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions.
  与审计师、税务代理及金融机构保持联络。
   
• Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and maintain proper documentation.
  编制付款凭证、记账分录，并妥善维护相关文件。
   
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  确保遵守会计准则及公司政策。
   
• Monitor cash flow and assist management in budgeting and cost control.
  监控现金流，并协助管理层进行预算编制及成本控制。

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  会计、金融或相关专业文凭/学位。
   
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  至少 3–5 年相关工作经验。
   
• Proficient in SQL Accounting System or similar software.
  熟练使用 SQL 会计系统或类似软件。
   
• Knowledge of SST, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  熟悉销售与服务税（SST）、对账及财务报告。
   
• Strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
  注重细节，能在紧迫期限内完成工作。
   
• Proficient in Mandarin is a must.
  必须精通中文普通话。
   
• Experience in retail, furniture, or interior design industry preferred.
  有零售、家具或室内设计行业经验者优先。
   
• Able to work independently and report directly to Managing Director.
  能独立工作，并直接向董事总经理汇报。
