Job Description
- Assist in preparing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Support month-end closing and account reconciliation tasks.
- Update accounting records and filing documentation accurately.
- Assist in verifying supplier invoices and payment vouchers.
- Maintain proper record of petty cash and bank transactions.
- Perform data entry and assist with audit preparation when required.
- Support accounting team in ad hoc tasks and administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree student in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Internship period: Minimum 3 months.
