Job Description

Are you a student looking to gain real working experience in administration and accounting? Join our team and learn valuable skills in a supportive working environment!

Working Hours
Mon – Fri : 9.00am – 6.00pm
Sat : 9.00am – 1.00pm

  •  Assist with general administrative and accounting tasks
  •  Handle data entry, filing, and document management
  •  Support the team in preparing invoices, reports, and records
  •  Assist with basic accounting documentation and reconciliation
  •  Coordinate with internal teams for daily office operations
  •  Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

 • Diploma / Degree students in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Internship period minimum 3 months
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office tools
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
Training will be provided
