Job Description

 Become a member of our esteemed copier service team and acquire valuable hands-on experience in restoring, fixing, and servicing multifunctional photocopier machines. Collaborate with skilled technicians in a fully equipped workshop, gaining insights from disassembly to final testing prior to delivery. 

Support Machine Restoration 

• Disassemble and clean previously used copier devices. 
• Replace essential components such as drums, rollers, and toners. 
• Reconstruct machines and make necessary mechanical adjustments.
   

Evaluation & Quality Assurance 

• Perform print and copy tests to verify output quality. 
• Calibrate and fine-tune paper feeding systems. 
• Assist with final evaluations prior to machine delivery.
   

Workshop & Inventory Assistance 

• Keep tools organized, manage spare parts, and maintain a clean workspace. 
• Document daily repair activities and update machine condition logs. 
• Help with packing, labeling, and relocating units as necessary.
   

Educational & Technical Aid 

• Learn to recognize common copier issues and resolve them. 
• Assist senior technicians during maintenance and repairs. 
• Engage in product training and safety sessions.
   

Learning Objectives

• Understand the mechanical and electrical systems of photocopiers. 
• Acquire hands-on experience in repair and maintenance tasks. 
• Learn preventative maintenance techniques and service protocols. 
• Gain insight into workshop operations within a professional service environment.

Internship Details

• Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor 
• Working Days: 5.5 days/week (Mon–Fri full day, Sat half day) 
• Allowance: RM600 – RM1,200 per month (depending on performance) 
• Duration: Minimum 3 months (preferably 6 months) 
• Department: Technical Workshop 

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate / TVET students in: 
• Mechatronic Engineering 
• Electrical & Electronic Engineering 
• Mechanical Engineering 
• Industrial Maintenance / Equipment Servicing 
• Able to work hands-on in a technical workshop. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
