About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined IT Trainee Intern to support our in-house IT operations. This role is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintaining daily IT systems within a business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues 
• Assist in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and office devices 
• Perform troubleshooting for system, connectivity, and user issues 
• Support maintenance of IT equipment and ensure proper functioning 
• Assist in software installation, updates, and system checks 
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records 
• Support users with technical issues and provide guidance when needed 
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields 
• Internship duration of at least 3 months 
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking 
• Familiar with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications 
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn 
• Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users 
• Responsible and able to work independently
