Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to join our team at Copier2u, one of Malaysia’s leading photocopier rental brands. You’ll be responsible for driving our digital presence, creating engaging content, and managing online campaigns that connect with businesses across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
   
• Write engaging captions, ad copy, and post descriptions in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
   
• Develop creative ideas for Reels, short videos, and campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
   
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and report campaign results.
   
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
   
• Support paid digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
   
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
   
• Familiar with Facebook Business Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
   
• Creative thinker with good communication and writing skills.
   
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
   
• Working hours: Monday–Friday (8:30 am–5:30 pm), Saturday (8:30 am–12:30 pm) — 5.5 days work week.
