• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Write compelling marketing copy and captions in Mandarin and English
• Design basic marketing materials using Capcut, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Shoot and edit short-form videos and promotional content
• Manage social media calendars and schedule content
• Monitor engagement, analyse campaign performance, and prepare reports
• Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and propose new ideas
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team on branding and promotional activities

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday
  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or similar disciplines
• Open to applications from recent graduates
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for developing and overseeing Mandarin content
• Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Enthusiastic about social media and content development
• Experience with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube
• Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent creative software is a plus
• Innovative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
