Job Description

Mall Expansion & Lease Negotiation

  • Scout high-potential mall and shoplot locations with heavy foot traffic to help us secure the absolute best visibility for our new stores.
  • Research competitor performance and analyze commercial hotspots, allowing you to identify highly profitable sites for our brand.
  • Lead strategic negotiations with mall managements and leasing departments so that we can together secure favorable terms.
  • Collaborate closely with our operations, finance, legal, and fit-out teams to ensure seamless store rollouts from start to finish.
  • Secure Letters of Offer to help us lock in prime retail locations quickly and efficiently.

Franchise Sales & Investor Relations

  • Source quality investment leads through online and offline channels, allowing you to build a strong pipeline of potential partners.
  • Present our business model to prospective investors, helping us clearly showcase the strength and profitability of our brand.
  • Conduct personal meetings to build trust and close franchise agreements, turning initial interest into committed investments.
  • Maintain regular communication with our franchise partners to help us build long-term, mutually supportive relationships.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in retail expansion, property leasing, commercial sales, or franchise acquisition is highly valued.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of commercial leasing terms, landlord negotiations, and retail property mechanics.
  • Strong ability to evaluate site feasibility, analyze foot traffic, and interpret competitor sales data.
  • Proven sales pitching and pipeline management skills, with the ability to close deals confidently.

Soft Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build deep, authentic trust with property managers and private investors alike.
  • A highly proactive, energetic, and self-motivated working style.
