Key Responsibility:
1.Mall Expansion&Lease Negotiation
- Scout for mall/shoplot locations with high potential foot traffic
- Research competitors’ estimated sales and understand commercial hotspots
- Lead lease negotiations with mall management and leasing teams.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Fit-Out teams to ensure smooth store rollout.
- Secure LOO (Letter of Offer) to lock in prime sites
2.Franchise Sales – Attract the Right Investors
- Source leads from online and offline for high-potential franchise partners
- Host pitching to explain our business model to potential investors
- Conduct 1-on-1 meetings to build trust and close deals
- Convert interest into investment, from funding to signing
- Maintain strong, long-term investor relationships with regular updates
- Malaysian Only
- 3 year Experiencein in sales
- Experience mall leasing, retail expansion, or site acquisition.
- Preferred candidate from tenant/retailer side (not landlord-focused background).
- Own Transport Needed to site survey
- Outgoing and Not shy to deal with investor
- Fluent in Mandarin (required), English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
- Proven track record of securing and executing mall-based store openings.
For the position need travel to shop we will provide transport allowance like petrol & carpark alloawnace
