Key Responsibility：

1. Mall Site Project Management

• Manage full project lifecycle for F&B outlet development projects, refurbishment projects, and maintenance issues.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality delivery and SOP compliance
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, design, business development, marketing etc) and external parties (consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineer, landlords etc)
• Monitor project progress,budget, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Provide strong troubleshooting and problem-solving support for project and site issues
  

1. Repair& Maintenance

• Contractor Management: Liaise with vendors and contractors for specialized servicing and repairs.
• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Execute daily/weekly/monthly servicing for restaurant exhaust fans, chillers, freezers, and kitchen equipment to avoid service interruptions.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical control panels, lighting, power supply, and mechanical components.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian Only
• Proven track record of handle mall project.
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management within the F&B, retail, or similar industry
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced development environment
• Proven capability in managing projects with budget control, timely completion, and quality delivery
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
