🛠️ Job Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

• Ensure the shop delivers the best possible customer experience.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled within time
• Respond to and handle customer feedback efficiently.

Operational Efficiency:

• Cost Control by control food costs, manpower costs.
• Ensure hygiene schedules are adhered to and properly documented.
• Ensure stock levels are adequate and meet operational needs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices and implement necessary changes.

Team Leading

• Create and manage staff schedules to optimize service delivery.
• Provide ongoing training to staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational skills
  

Job Requirements

• Malaysian Only
• At least 1 years of experience in an F&B supervisor role
• Able to work during public holiday
• Able to Speak English or Bahasa
• Has Own Transport and Driving License
• Strong Customer Relationship Management Skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Computer 
• Strong Resposibility
